CTC Twin Column Chain Tensioners
CTC Twin Column Chain Tensioners are mechanical devices to maintain the correct tension in a chain drive and thus increase its life. In automatically compensating for chain stretch the CTC Automatic Chain Tensioner also considerably reduces drive vibration and noise. The CTC Automatic Chain tensioner is truly ‘fit & forget’ enabling high drive reliability and very low maintenance costs. The tensioning head increases the contact surface area, whilst the low drag, low wear profile is made of Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene. Dry self-lubricating bushings are in standard PTFE.
