Same Day Dispatch:
Orders received by 2:00pm (weekdays and not holidays) are almost always shipped the same day.

First Class delivery usually takes 1 - 2 days but can be longer on occasion. In most instances orders are received within 5 days. If your order is urgent then please choose the 'Next Day' option in the checkout process. 

Please note, that Royal Mail do not consider a delivery mislaid until 15 days have expired after shipping. Delivery can be to a home or work address, whichever is most convenient. 

First Class Post
Royal Mail Postage is only available on goods up to a value of £25 due to the lack of insurance provided.

It is important to us that your goods arrive in good condition and although we strive to limit where possible the costs incurred, it is inevitable in some cases that items like a padded jiffy bag will have an equal to or greater value than item contained within it.

Standard Delivery (Next Day Insured Courier):
This is the only option for goods over the value of £25 in the UK as it is insured.  Please see the table of rates below. 

Please note that 'Next Working Day' delivery is not available on a UK public bank holiday. An order that is placed the day before a public bank holiday will not arrive until after the holiday. 

Please note that bulky or heavy items may have their own shipping charge that differ from the model above. Sometimes it may also be necessary for specific items to be shipped with a carrier in which case an increased shipping charge will be displayed in your shopping cart in case you do not want to proceed with the order. 

Delivery (Overseas):
Deliveries outside of the United Kingdom will be charged at a rate based on diametric weight and can be calculated per order once products are in a basket, however they may incur additional charges to cover postage for heavier items. You will be notified prior to shipment if there is going to be any further charges for shipping and have the right to cancel your order.

Generally overseas deliveries can take between 2 - 11 days to arrive depending upon the country and delivery service selected at checkout. If your parcel is urgent, then we would strongly advice selecting our International Express delivery service as this is not only the quickest method but is also trackable while in transit. However, it is always advisable to order in plenty of time for overseas deliveries being shipped from the UK - just in case. 

Delivery Notes
Whilst we try to ensure that all items advertised are in stock and delivered within 3 to 5 working days of order placement, on rare occasions the physical stock may not tally up with our online stock. In such rare circumstances we will notify the customer straight away of any potential delay in shipping.
